This is the 3rd time we have had an oil change at Jim Trenary and it was the best experience so far. Alot nicer and friendlier staff working in the service department. Was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I hope they can retain the new staff they have in the service department. We are still waiting on airbags that THEY clipped while fixing door actuators in our chevy impala. Been waiting almost a year. Not happy about that at all.

Buyer beware..... There is a reason locals avoid this place!Long story short I had to take my truck there for factory repairs/warranty. They are doing an oil consumption survey which requires me coming in every 1,000 miles to see how much oil my truck has burned. This has been going on since the vehicle had 25,000 miles and it now has 38000. This is Jim Trenary's fault, (I bought the truck at a dealer out of town since they were 4k less expensive for the same truck, same options) however the way their service manager Scott interacts with customers is.The last visit I was in there I asked the "service" manager what we were going to do about the situation as it has been going on for quite some time. His response was he would check the Gm bulletin to see what needed to be done. I pushed back saying that is the third visit in a row that he given me this answer. His response was "then maybe you should take it back to the dealer you bought it from". At this point I did remind him that the other dealer was a 90 minute drive away and I went there because they were 4k cheaper and anyone who has ever had an interaction with the service department at Jim Trenary's knows there customer service is the absolute worst.

Service department is the worst!! After seeing all the reviews on here for this company and realizing the owner only responds to good reviews. So I'm Not sure if this would go anywhere. I dropped my truck off for a ball joint and they told me I needed a new axel. When I saw the axel it was in two pieces and I have a picture of it before I dropped it off and it was fine. The prices are extremely high as well. I won't ever go back to this store and regret ever stepping foot in this place.

I’m furious with this dealership. The customer service is terrible. The salesman who sold me my car did not tell me it didn’t have all the features installed. Like the cooling in my front seats isn’t installed or the parking assist isn’t in it. I paid $50,000 for a fully loaded Blazer and it doesn’t have $50,000 worth of features. That’s flat freaking ridiculous. I bought my car over a year ago.The parts still aren’t in for my missing features. Took my car to get serviced last week and the parts for the cooling were said to be in. Called me after the oil change was done and said the parts weren’t in. Asked for my car to be washed, get there, wasn’t done. So, I waited. My car came out dirtier than how it came to these guys. The car wash is absolutely useless.I’m so livid I’m locked into a 7 year loan, paying for maintenance and gap insurance in my payments with an awful dealership. $621 a month and I don’t have all the features that make my car worth it. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will tell everyone I in now about my repeatedly bad experiences.Disclaimer I bought my car when no cars were on the lot and due to me being disabled and needing hand controls, I could not test drive my vehicle. I had to go through a driving course to train once my controls were on. So, I couldn’t drive my car until 2 months after I bought it.

I guess i am overly spoiled by my previous dealership and too high an expectation of level of service. To say I was disappointed today on my first visit having recently relocated here..is an understatement. 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Where the only thing I can tell was done is all my mirrors moved and it was washed. The Oil counter was not reset, tires not rotates and overcharged for what I scheduled online. Not impressed.

The entire process was very easy, the salesmen was very knowledgeable and nice. I never felt pushed to buy anything at any point. I will highly recommend the dealership to anyone I know looking for their next vehicle.

Kevin Warren was awesome to work with and the whole team and Jim Trenary- Union made the process of buying my first new vehicle so simple. I really appreciated their step by step financing explanation and their patience as I test drove some cars to find the perfect one for me!

Bought my 2020 Chevy Spark here, RIP Bradley. Was totaled in an accident, only 2 years old. The buying process was uncomfortable as this was the first ever “Brand New” car I would ever buy. Sales manager seemed irritated with me, but wound up getting the car. Rob Bailey was very helpful and nice though. Was told I could get unlimited washes but when I got my first free oil change I asked about it and they said, no it’s only with service. Mixed feelings about my experience. Haven’t been back since the Spark was discontinued and GM reliability is going downhill.

Jessica did a great job communicating with me and helping to solve my vehicle's problem as quickly as she could. My truck started smoking on the way to work. I made it to the dealership and she was very kind. She listened and I felt valued. I am very grateful to the extended warranty program which has paid for itself in easing my mind as well as wallet. The truck did have an odd smell to it after I picked up, but it has leaked a lot of antifreeze, so I have just aired it out. Thanks again!

Everyone is always very nice. Wish they would fix the TV in the waiting room, or just turn it off. It's been "snow" on the screen for at least my last 3 visits, so minimum 6 months. Why even turn it on? ??♀️

Didn’t have the SUV that I wanted but called me a few days later to let me know that a few came in. Went I a day later and left with my new Chevy Traverse and got a great and fair price for my trade in & the price on the new car was very reasonable. Everyone was very nice and accommodating!! 100% will recommend this dealership to anyone!
