I find it awful that I drove an hour and a half to get here and they are not open. The hours posted online and when you call state that the facility will be open by 7:30 on Friday. It is 9:28 on July 3, 2020 and the parking lot is completely empty. Very unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment online for the following day at 8:30 am. I arrived about 10 mins prior to my appointment and there were 2 people in the waiting area and appeared to not be very busy. I signed in via the iPad device at the desk. I sat in the waiting room for 40 mins. I never saw an employee. I left and won't be me back.

I've never had any problems here getting tests done for pregnancies. The lady who works here has always been friendly.
