I’m moving from Hawaii to Oklahoma, flying into Texas and then driving up. I needed a vehicle ready to go upon my arrival. Found a truck Bret was selling on fb marketplace and reached out to him. I asked him to send many pictures, videos, etc throughout our whole interaction as I was going to buy the truck without seeing it in person. He sent everything requested without any issue or being dodgy. I asked him about the work that was done on it too, he sent me receipts. He understood my situation and really helped me out. He coordinated shipping. Even paid the difference to get it to me for when I get to Texas. If I had the choice to go back and do it all over again I would.

Buyer beware bought a lemon here .... Looked under truck before I even asked to test drive, saw nothing leaking, no puddles, Says no leaks no rust, drive it 90 miles home, leaking, finally get it in the shop, rear main leaking plus 3 other leaks.... Will update when i pick truck up to take to ANOTHER shop because the shop I took it to doesn't even want to work on it

So we drove 7 hours one way to get a truck I asked tons of questions via Facebook market place and if it would be able to make the drive back to Minnesota. it would have not made it was leaking coolant from the turbo the tires were shot radio didn’t work blower motor was going out I gave up at this point there was at least 4 dent per panel on the truck. He did not know what to say when I asked him about background of the truck or anything to say at all. He said the coolant leak was from me taking the radiator cap off the puddle was there when we got there drove it came back and there was a new puddle under it. He then proceeded to delete everything from Facebook and block me to wear I had to call the business regarding getting my deposit back. He had nothing to say and told me I was being excessive when I was telling him what was wrong I tried to show him he wouldn’t even look at the problem on the truck. Buyer be aware.

I bought my truck here and I LOVE IT. They were very nice people and go above and beyond. A few days after I got the truck the battery went dead so they came and put in a new battery for free. Not many people are honest these days...good to find someone you can trust!

Don’t buy from Shocked Auto! We bought a $20,000 truck and the transmission went out in less than 24 hours! Brent, the owner refused to stand behind his vehicle. 24 HOURS LATER!! He wouldn’t even have his mechanic look at it nor help in any way to assess what was wrong.
