I reserved a 5 x 8 trailer a week ago for my move. I was told today by the Uhaul in Washington, the day before my 6 hour drive from Chicago, that my reservation has been switched without notifying me and that they close at 1p. Unacceptable. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Clueless staff. No biggie, just mildly annoying. Also, the furniture store it is located in is WAY overpriced standard 'available anywhere' furniture.
