I needed to mail something via certified mail, which I had never done, and Amy (I believe her name was), was super helpful and kinda in helping me through that, and didn't make me feel self conscious or weird about not knowing how to do it. Excellent service, I really appreciated it!

Went to get a money order this morning and the Lady with black hair told me it wouldn't take my card,it went through every time before,she did nothing but blow smoke up my rear went to Wal-Mart, and no problems. I will not ever go back for any reason at all,I will drive 15 minutes to Washington from now on. There's nothing but lazy women up there that don't want to do anything but be a pain in the butt. Must be nice to have a job that pats fir you to stand around and give people grief about doing somthing so simple. I absolutely hate that place

My 1 year old son lost his medicaid status because the post office stamped return for all of his medical information after I'd filled out and turned in a household member sheet TWICE!!! The management of this store can expect a criminal negligence case very soon 🙂

Great service at the post office, no complaints except, sometimes (kind of a lot) our mailman leaves the mailbox open!

Thank you Julia for stopping when you did not have to and helping me with our frozen community mailbox! I had packages in there that have been frozen since yesterday afternoon and I was so thankful for her assistance. Always a great experience with this post office.

Worse postal service I have ever experienced. I called to complain about our mail carrier. Spoke to the manager Paul. They stopped delivering our mail after that call. I tried to be decent but I believe that is a Federal offense.Neither him or the mail carrier should be able to have their jobs after this.

I’m seriously shocked to read the reviews here! Every time I’ve gone into this post office, everyone has always been so kind and has always said “hello” and “thanks!” even when I just dropped something off at the box drop off inside. They always provide me with great service. Take these super negative reviews with a grain of salt. The people that wrote them don’t realize that these people are human beings and sometimes things go wrong that are out of their hands. I MUCH prefer this post office to the one in Pacific. EVERY time I’ve gone in there, they are consistently rude to everyone.

Amy was very unprofessional. We brought supplies and put it all up for her to check out the items. We were done and she said you have to pay now. We had to wait 5 minutes and no one was in the except one customer being help. Very rude and embarrassing. Her name was Amy at 4:15 pm.

There absolutely unfriendly here. Went to Euerka Mo post office what a difference in the way they greet and deal with you as a customer.Shame we have to now travel to a different town for better service,but its better than going into my own local office.
