Absolute worst service I've ever received from a pharmacy. Would never recommend to anyone. They are completely rude and are never in the building at their scheduled times. Use any other pharmacy but this one.

I just came in today to pick up my two medications about 20 minutes ago and had the rudest girl at the window. Earlier today I had to call and make sure both of my meds were sent to the correct pharmacy and the girl on the phone was just as rude and just as lazy. She told me that the staff at my doctor’s office was probably on their lunch break and might not pick up. Literally right after that phone call I called my doctor’s office MYSELF and got it sent. Not only was I jumping through hoops, dealing with incompetent employees at union Walgreens and doing their jobs FOR THEM, I was picking up medication for my PTSD. (Yes I will milk my chronic and debilitating disorder because who treats people who are struggling every day like that?) in conclusion, thanks for being the worst employees I’ve ever met in my life. Whoever I was dealing with today needs to be embarrassed about their immature behavior. There is a time and place to be a Karen and today was that time.

Walgreens in Union Mo are not able to get anything right. Tried to charge a 59 dollar copay and our copay is 0. We are on Medicare PPO Plus Blue of Michigan . My husband is retired UAW Vebra Trust workers who spent 34 years working for General Motors. Do not use this site. They are a train wreck and simply are not qualified to fill medication orders. Husband walked out and I called Washington Walgreens and medication was filled with 0 copay as it should be.

We came here from St. Louis Children's Hospital with instructions that they would have the medication we need for our kiddo. We get here and it's not ready they tell us give them 30 minutes to fill it, so we go get food and shop at Walmart for an hour, then we came back and they still didn't have the medication ready and tell us that they don't have the one we came here for! That they told the hospital that they had! I hope for God's sake that others don't have to deal with this kind of B.S.

Manager here is extremely rude. Not only to customers. But to the employees there. This place is very unorganized and every time I go there everyone is so stressed out. Even when they aren't as busy as many other Walgreens I've been to.
