The drive-thru has not been cleaned for many months and closes early, causing inconvenience. The store itself can be unclean, and some staff members may come across as rude. Despite these issues, recent improvements have been noted, with staff treating customers well and providing helpful assistance, especially during health problems. Overall, Walgreens offers a decent shopping experience but is often hindered by slow service, staffing shortages, and cleanliness concerns.

They can’t help that they are often shorthanded. The staff that is there are always helpful and courteous. Typically, I call ahead and give them notice and things are ready when they say they will be.
