“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. “Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”
