Working to help a friend, who had Alzheimer’s, locate her account and determine if there was fraud on it. Spoke with the branch manager who was rude and when I tried to explain the situation with their client, he snapped and told me I didn’t need to tell him a second time. That she needed proof of who she is with a drivers license or state identification. Again she has Alzheimer’s and is in a local facility. He was not helpful at all. Called another branch and they were not only happy to help, but were kind and considerate of my friends concerns. Don’t bother with the ucity branch or even calling. Tried to call back for an hour with no one answering phones. Not a good way to treat their customers at allThanks for the note Hector. Thankfully the other branch was so helpful and able to help us clear up any questions my friend had. We appreciated their help and kindness greatly.

I have bank with this particular bank for over 7 years and I have had problems after problems with this bank someone hacked my account back in April. Reported to the bank that Monday. It happened this Sunday. I reported that Monday and as of today which is end of July. I did not receive no money back into my account. Someone they let someone hack my account for $530 and then the minute I go into the bank to apply for a loan for say $500. I'm not good enough but my money is good enough every two weeks when you look at my payroll chec I'm trying my best to find me another bank quick, fast and hairy

I opened an account as a new customer to the neighborhood. If you opened a savings account with $1k leave it for approx for 3-6 months you got $500. I opened with $2k and left it for over a year. I came back last month to withdraw it and my account had been closed because of inactivity. I waited for almost an hour for them to straighten this out. After it was resolved, I said keep itClosed. The Teller stayed, just leave $5 and make a $1 deposit monthly and that will keep it open. I get a notice on the mail how my account was overdrawn because I was charged a fee. I was never charged a fee and didn't agree to a checking account! I go into the bank and they tell me it's nothing they can do and I need to pay the overdraft. I wouldn't think twice about using this bank, even if it were the last bank on the planet. I would stuff my cash under my mattress before using them. It's the principle at this point!

Very Unprofessional. Several encounters with them. Also had an issue with the older male in front questioning my money deposit asking me where I got my money from. First off. what the hell is $2,000?? Very Rude.

I am happy to have a bank so close by. Everyone is professional and kind. They are open during the pandemic you just have to wear masks and practice social distancing

I've been a Regions customer for a long time. I like this little location because it has a parking lot out back, an ATM in the lobby that you can get to after hours (if you have an account with them), and the tellers are always friendly and helpful. I can seing by whenever i have questions and they always see me right away and help me.
