Don’t expect any kind of service. Two U-Haul guys standing around. They did not greet, acknowledge, or offer to help me get into my rental. Then proceeded to criticize me for checking in on my phone rather than asking for help.

The manager, Rob, was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. I’d rent from them again for sure.

I was verbally abused by 2 of the employees. One cursed and screamed at me. The other just went along with him. I felt very scared and unsafe. I’m still in shock. It’s so stressful to move anyway. I’m still so upset about this. I’m waiting for a call back from the general manager.

The worst experience of my life. The return of the truck was very stressful. I arrived 10 minutes after the closing time and 20 minutes before my return time but the app doesn't work. The employee who was at the place treated me badly. The employee didn't understand anything about the app, he didn't know about the app. He didn’t explain anything, he didn’t explain the process, he didn’t explain what I should do, he just leave myself standing there with the key in my hand. He practically made myself of the place. I would never use this service again. I was afraid of the employee. The app doesn’t work in this place that’s mean is not 24 hours service.

When I arrived at the rental location and presented my reservation confirmation today, the individual at the desk not only denied the existence of my reservation but also displayed a dismissive and disrespectful demeanor. Despite showing him my confirmation email and even witnessing the key to the vehicle I reserved in front of him, he insisted that there was no reservation under my name. Furthermore, the staff member in question resorted to using racial slurs against me, and forced me to pay an additional price for the same vehicle that I had already reserved (which I denied and end up not receiving a vehicle).
I urge you to reconsider renting from this location and prevent similar situations from happening to other customers.

Booking my UHaul went well initially and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately I was charged for equipment pads that I never received. I called the Ucity location to notify them and I was placed on hold for 40 minutes, a staff member never returned my call. I called customer service and was transferred multiple times before I finally spoke with someone. I was then told reservations can only be updated within 30 minutes of Uhaul pick up. I would not recommend this location or Uhaul customer service.

I've rented from various uhaul locations in the past couple of years, and pickup and drop off always takes so long. Today, Christina seemed to be working both pick up and returns by herself, and yet it was the fastest and smoothest experience I've ever had at any uhaul!
