To save them time, the aftermarket parts are agreed upon. I will replace this spring. They did an amazing job. Also, the interior was deep cleaned and absolutely impressed.

“Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. Thank you Selbert's for being so responsive and bring my horse back to new. I would recommend them to anyone look for body work!”

“After a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the O'Fallon location this morning, I called the Chesterfield location and spoke with Brianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.
Their kindness truly turned my day around after what had been a really frustrating morning. The world needs more thoughtful and considerate people like them. Thank you both so much! ?”

“Work was completed in Feb 2019. The replaced panel started to show rust and misalignment with the door and trunk. Met with the GM Tony in mid January 2024 and was told this is covered by the warranty and I will be called when the parts are in. By mid February I started calling and leaving messages with no response. Finally got through Tony and was told the same, they need couple of weeks to order the parts. Over a month later I am again not able to find out what is going on. Calls and emails are not returned. Terrible customer service, I feel like the idea is to make me forfeit my warranty by ignoring me.
Update: Tony called me and an appointment was scheduled. The issue was addressed to my satisfaction.”
“Had to get a replacement catalytic converter and a few other things done because I had no choice. They had the work done in 2 days and did my emissions test. I'll use them again when needed.”
“I was not a customer but he helped me anyway. I was taking my sister there to pick up her car when a belt broke on my tire. When they noticed her holding a strip of tire he came outside and looked at it. It was very possible I would have made it home fine, but he said better safe than sorry, and took my car into the shop and put the spare on for me. No, it didn't cost him anything and it didn't take very long, but he didn't have to help. I offered to pay for his time and he said no. Super nice guy and staff.”
“Im actually stunned at how well these guys did. I had a friend vomit in my car a week back and was scared it would destroy my leather. I took my car to these guys and in literally 2-3 hours my car look brand new in the back. Im so happy, I definitelly reccomend them!!”
