Candy is awesome! She made a stressful event of needing storage unit so easy! She called to follow up and make she everything worked out for us and that we were happy! Very professional and right on top of things! Couldn't have done it without her!

Candy was absolutely fantastic—she answered all our questions, returned our calls promptly, and even followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her outstanding customer service is the main reason we chose Public Storage, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and friendly storage solutions.

Our initial rent was $108. They charged us for insurance and a padlock. Which wasn’t a big deal. Within two months they raised my rate to over $170 per month. They offer zero customer service. The gate remote through the phone apponly worked about one in every five trips.
