Mailman failed to deliver my package that was already three days late. Left a notice even though I’ve been home all day. I guess you can’t really avoid them for snail mail but good god go somewhere else for package shipping. Ridiculous.

can someone do about post office slow and lost your packet problems. take 4 days for packet seat around st.louis. 1 out 4 lost or delayed packet.

I love this post office! They are accurate, patient and friendly!! Sherry normally waits on me and she is always smiling and cheerful. I'm moving soon, but will drive out of my way to continue using this post office.

I had an issue with a missing piece of mail, called Valley Park post office and talked to Chris. He was friendly, concerned and thorough with his information. He followed up with a call to me today giving me the status and resolution of my issue. Excellent customer service was provided by Chris. I am so appreciative.
