I'm not impressed with the staff at this facility. The seem to play mind games with some of the residents. Also you don't get in to a resident for slamming doors, and then you go and slam your door on the residents. I won't name names in my review but these facilities are the residents homes. Respect and professionalism is required by LAW. All employees need to leave their personal problems at home and not bring them to work. If you can't be professional and compassionate perhaps choose a different line of work.

What a Nightmare of a Place.My Recent Experience with a Family Member is Pathetic.They administered the Wrong Medications and the Med Nurse didn't know What the pills were for Nor could she Pronounce the Meds.Across the hall was a resident that had his Call Light on for 2 hours and he was calling out for Help.They placed his Food Tray out of his Reach, so he couldn't eat his Dinner..After 2 hours WHEN they finally came to his room, they Took his Food Tray without him getting to eat.My Family Member was left Sunbathed and When I arrived to see him, he had Dried poop on his back and on his thighs.They had not Changed not Cleaned him for Hours. Some Medications we're Not given to him.This place SHOULD be Shut Down.

Management is horrible. Never enough staff. One sided place to work. Administration hires people they know will be toxic to the workplace. No chance for advancements unless u are best friends with administrator. No loyalty to coworkers, and no honesty. (Ex: office personnel pays a coworker to wreck their vehicles for insurance money.) Last person I knew recently stayed there a couple days as a resident, fell multiple times and the doctor actually told him he would do better and be safer at home. Safety and well being of residents are never fought for. Call lights will go off forever and not get answered. They have aides fail drug tests and still let them work as an aide, but have them clock in as housekeeping. And if you do try to stick up for anything administration calls u names, spreads lies and finds a way to terminate. Very good at turning staff against each other so there is no team togetherness. I suggest Clark's Mountain if your looking.

So far could not be happier with Riverways Manor, all staff has been very friendly and facility appears clean and well run. I have a family member there and a family friend, both report being treated very well.

How in the hell did my sister get a infection in her leg and has now spread through out her body and her organs shutting down while under your care? NEGLECT
