Needed a spark plug for lawnmower. Took old one with me. They didn't have champion rc14yc. Sold me a rc12yc. Said it would work too. Same thread count so it will fit. Many spark plugs have same thread count. Doesn't mean it will work. So I dive deeper. Take off air filter to get to carburetor. Then I Google, will the 12 work in place of 14? Nope. I called them to explain my frustration. The guy says, didn't know it was on a lawnmower. Really? Because other dude said he used those on his before and it worked. I ended my conversation with just take care of the customer. If you don't have what they are needing, don't sell them something they don't need just to make a sale. Take care of the customer ALWAYS. Even if they have to go to your competition

Great people, they helped me replacing temporary tire. Very nice people. our tire got flatted and my temporary tire was unable to come from the trunk. They helped us to fix the temporary tire.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
