Horner's was the very last one I came to for a quote and the first one I chose to do the work. The price was unbeatable compared to the others. The hospitality was top par. “We took my son's truck to be diagnosed because we thought it was the transmission. They gave us a quote and after they diagnosed it, the price was less than the quote! Then, we had them replace the transmission, and again, they came in under their quote. They were always quick to communicate and were quick to repair the truck. I would HIGHLY recommend them!”

Springfield to Joplin when my car showed a message “low oil pressure, pull over immediately.” We luckily were told to go to Rutledge Oil Co in Mt Vernon!
Kendall was super helpful! He ran the codes on my car, called and spoke with the dealership where I’d purchased the car, and then did an oil change. He helped me get back on my way! The most amazing part was that his grandma (who works in the shop) gave my coworkers a ride to Joplin so they could make their appointments while Kendall worked on my car!
