“I was so impressed with the friendly, professional service as I was processed on the phone and was able to rent a climate controlled storage unit. The property is extremely well managed and easy to contact a representative right away. I would highly recommend KO Storage and I was actually referred to them by a friend who owns another storage facility but does not have climate controlled units.”
“We only needed a storage building for a very short time, the people that I spoke with on the phone were able to get me into a unit very quickly and then worked with me when I No longer needed it and canceled the unit very easily.”
“Hello, I am the property manager of M&G Mini Storage. I appreciate the 3 and 4 star postings. They are a true representation of our property. However, the local guides 1 is not. I am not even sure, since he doesn't share his name, if he has ever been an actual renter at our storage facility or not. I have actual renters who have been at our center since 2005 and 2006 that have never mentioned a bug problem. If he had been a renter at our facility and told us of a problem I can assure you that we would have looked into it. All facilities have issues. The key is whether they are ever addressed or dealt with. Thanks to our real renters for giving correct stars and letting us know of their concerns. (Please be sure to look at Mine Recommendations, the local guides other post by clicking on his name. Evidently, McDonald's is the only business he gives more than one star to.)”

“They keep their storage facility very clean. They are super easy to talk to. I’ve rented from them for almost a year and I’ve never had any issues. I know my belongings are very safe with all the cameras and security gate. Highly recommend”
