305 S Kyle St, Monett MO 65708
“I had a few issues when I first started using MBM. The time that they open tends to change between 10am and 11am so now I always go after 11 to make sure they’re open. Secondly, I thought the price to print a UPS label was high. Fortunately, the counter person is friendly, patient, and very helpful so the charges don’t bother me anymore. FYI- all the negative reviews seem to be from several years ago.”

“Have always been helpful to me at the post office. For the complaints I'm reading about problems with deliveries, get it in video and post to YouTube. The ONLY way you'll ever effect change with federal employees is with public shaming.”

102 E Olive St, Aurora MO 65605
“My experience so far with this post office has been great. The employees I've spoken to have been very kind and easy to talk to. My mail carrier is the sweetest mail carrier I think I've ever had. Despite her having a long tedious job she's always pleasant. I'm very blessed to have her as my mail carrier.”
