I called in to get pricing on a repair and diag. on a new to us suv we purchased at auction. I had called multiple other shops to compare and didn’t receive some calls back here in town. Melvin was my point of contact here and he was very prompt in getting my concerns, gathering information and calling me back, which led to my decision to come here. He’s very understanding, attentive, and personable. The tech’s diagnosis on my issue was through and the way I received all the info via text messages and link was amazing. Upon picking up my vehicle and think over the next course of action, the print out of all the info and a small teddy bear with the company logo was waiting in the passenger seat. Never in all my yrs has a shop ever done something like what Auto Tech Services has down from start to finish. I didn’t meet the techs but I can say MELVIN is awesome as an advisor and point of contact here.

Had my daughter s car looked at, or maybe not at all, said she needed major work going to cost 6,000 had it looked at again it was a belt that broke. Go figure.. young girl comes out w a 6,000 bill

This place is fantastic! I was in a pinch to get my car aligned, and they were booked full the day I needed it done, but they worked it into the schedule even though they were booked! Absolutely great people and service! Highly recommend!

Was having issues with my 93 Camaro driving back to KC from LOTO. Found Auto Tech after a Google search and I’m 100% satisfied with how they troubleshooted and fixed my car. Melvin the service writer was a professional and their mechanics are stellar. They earn and deserve all the 5 star ratings.

My teenage daughter broke down 2 hours from home and by herself. Auto Tech dropped everything to help her in an urgent matter to see what was wrong with her car to make sure she could make it home safely. They communicated clearly what was wrong with the vehicle and helped us find solutions that would work for our family from long distance. Thank you for being such kind, knowledgeable people!

The best service. You will be treated with respect and courtesy from all staff. Great work from techs. They are a little pricey but comparable to other mechanics and way more trustworthy. My whole family takes cars here. I won't be going anywhere else for mechanic service.
