Went thru the drive thru one evening and it's apparent the HS kids work it. No one was rude but no one was happy. The food was ok but the burritos were made differently. We always get the taco/burrito box so we are familiar with how they are made. A little more training and a smile will definitely help! ?

As we headed inside smelled some recreational smoking going on, then noticed the employees all get out of their vehicles to go inside and serve us. We decided probably not a good night to order food from there.

Taco bell taco bell if I could give u negative 5 I would. So I visited this location today at 825pm. I pulled in the parking lot with no cars in line and one at the drive thru window. I was greeted 10min after I sat at the speaker. I order one ch quesidilla, one double decker and 2 soft tacos. After placing my order the lady gets on the speaker and tell me they are out of meat!? I ask how does that happen she says they were packed for 4 hrs straight and ran out of meat. Mind u this is versailles mo they don't get busy and I highly doubt they know what a rush is every time I have drove by its always dead. Anyways she says it will take 10min for the meat to cook. So mean to tell me u guys with four people in the store two who looked high no one could step off the line and drop a bag of already cooked meat in the water so it could reheat in four hrs...make that make sense. So I tell the lady I will just take the quesidilla. I then wait behind the car who was there before I even got there for another 12min I finally get to the window. The girl looks irriated and takes a deep breath before opening the window, I tell her since I've waited over 10min ima assume the meat is ready she says yes I order my original food it takes another 14min before I get my food. While I sit there all the employees who should be by this time finding a way to cook this meat stand and stare at me threw the window laughing and making little smart remarks. Taco bell you got to do better I know u don't got alot of good help around her but my 2yr old could run this store better then you guys are doing. Terrible customer service would not reccomend to a raccoon. And tell your employees instead of getting high do your job bc it's clear u can't do both!!!!!

I was not expecting much from the Taco Bell in Versailles. But this place crushed it! We were there at like 9:00 p.m. our orders were perfect, hot, and quick. Good job!

About 3 months ago, my husband and I came thru the drive thru and our order was completely messed up. Husband went back in to get it corrected, and got a hassle. He said we would not be back. Well he went back thru for us tonight. NONE OF THE FOOD WAS EVEN EDIBLE. We ordered 3 steak taco supremes: no sour cream, no tomatoes hardly any cheese along with pinto and cheese and chips and cheese. NOTHING TASTED RIGHT. It all tasted spoiled to both of us. It is so bad that our 3 dogs will not eat it. He called to talk to manager, and he HUNG UP ON US. Husband called back and the manager WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. HEAD TO ELDON INSTEAD!!!!!!

It took over 20 minutes in the drive through, and the food was terrible. There was no crunch in the crunch wrap. It’s the last time I’ll go. It’s been this way every time. Everyone I know has had the same experience. Corporate needs to fix this!

I swear go into taco bell to eat, the first thing you need to know is don't be in a hurry. The people working in there are walking around like a slug, act like they don't have the energy to walk.Then all the condiment containers in the lobby was empty, God forbid you ask them for anything cause they had an attitude acted like we was bothering them to ask. Then they didn't have salt they said the manager said not to order it because people don't need it at taco bell. Who gives him the right to say what people need. One of the employees walked up and said there is a lot of people that ask for it, but I guess its not what the customers want but what they feel you should want. Asked for our cup because they didn't give it to us, practically threw it at us then it was the wrong size.This is taco bell not rocket science. Then they told one customer when she asked for sauce they said i there is none over there in the lobby we don't have any. We just clearly told them everything was empty. Trash all over the floors, I guess they don't have time to clean it because there was like 3 people there eating and 5 or 6 employees just chit chatting. Back in my day we learned to work not like now days where they do the bare minimum, sad

Terrible food, no sour cream or tomatoes on supreme tacos, the chips were definitely cooked in disgusting oil and ALL of the food was freezing cold. It's outrageously expensive and always terrible. Save your money, time and sanity and go somewhere else.I will give credit where it is due tho, the lady running the drive through was very nice and polite.
