We saw her interact with other customers and she was personable, outgoing and so willing to do anything necessary for customers. We ended up having to make an extra trip there that same day. And again was wonderful. We tell everyone we know about the excellent customer service she provided us as well as other customers. This post office is lucky to have her! And so are the customers!”

“The Villa Ridge post office goes above and beyond with customer service. I had a package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. I called and the kind, gentleman employee tracked my package down and hand delivered it to me.
Within an hour of calling, I had my package. They are outstanding.
