“I needed a taillight for a 2002 Ford Taurus. I called them and they had it. Got there about 30 minutes after I hung up and the part was off the car and waiting for me. “I don't know about the review below it is not accurate K+K auto sales are cheating lying people that are there to steal your money. The vehicle I bought f4om them was state inspected but had a faulty power steering pump that squealed like a air raid siren. They corrected it up by over filling the reservoir. The transmission was overfilled with additives so it would appear to be in working order. It cuts out after being started after it warms up. I have had to put 6,000$ into it so far fixed the tranny but it still cuts out after restarting it when driven.
The people at K+K we warm and courteous. They made finding a used vehicle so much easier.”

I frequently speak with him about cars I'm considering, and I always learn something new. I do on-time monthly payments and have never had an issue with him.Reading some of the other comments about him being "disagreeable" or "rude" stems 100% from them either being unreliable with payments, or abusing the cars.Preventative maintenance (oil change, filters, not riding/slamming the brakes, etc) is a MUST even in new cars and is a standard in car ownership. A car is like a body. Care goes in, reliable performance comes out. ❤️ I'm a LONG time customer, and will be for as long as he's in business.”

“Tim from Kelly Motors West is THE BEST!!! I put in for a vehicle from them and he was busy but texted me and told me he’ll get to it the next morning. I was too impatient and purchased a vehicle at night and bought a car with problems. The next morning Tim told me I was approved with a down payment of $1,000. Well I took my whole pay check and bought that lemon which was $1900. I explained to Tim what happened and he tried hard to get me approved with no money down to no avail. I told him I was pre approved by my bank capital one and he worked it out with $500 down. I was able to get that $500 and went to pick up my vehicles. He topped it off with what I would say a present by filling my tank all the way up. Tim I’ve never dealt with such an excellent car salesman like you. You genuinely care about what you sale to a person and you make sure they are straight. Thank you so much. I WILL ALWAYS PURCHASE MY VEHICLES FROM Kelly Motors West!!!🥰”
