Please don't come here!!! unless you don't mind racist ignorant employees that don't want to do their job, rude service if you're able to get that, and yeah it just sucks that
I recently had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with an elderly gentleman who works there. Upon entering, I was hopeful for a positive interaction, but I was met with a level of rudeness and disrespect that was simply unacceptable. From the moment I approached him for service, he made it clear through his demeanor and words that he had no intention of assisting me. His refusal to provide service was not only abrupt but was also delivered with an astonishing lack of professionalism. It quickly became evident that his attitude was not just about poor customer service; it was rooted in blatant and outwardly expressed racism. His language and behavior were overtly discriminatory, filled with derogatory comments that made me feel unwelcome and deeply uncomfortable. I was shocked by his open display of prejudice and lack of respect for me as a customer. It is disheartening and infuriating to encounter such blatant racism in a place where one expects to be treated with basic human decency. No one should have to endure such treatment. The behavior of this individual reflects poorly on and raises serious concerns about the company’s values and commitment to customer service and equality. I urge the management to take immediate action to address this unacceptable behavior and to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Overall, this experience was profoundly negative and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone until significant changes are made.

Food is always perfect. The staff is always great. They are understaffed due to laziness in the world. The staff they have make due and try their hardest, customers expect to much and think they are better than the employees here. Yet, the employees always show up and show out for everyone. It's a great establishment with great and underrated food.

We as a company have a lot of issues with rude and ignorant deli workers. They complain when we come in and ask for food. I’ve watched one get ignorant with an elderly man cause he asked for a biscuit in a styrofoam container. I’ve had rude experience when I guy ignored us forever then got disrespectful when we said hello can we get some food. Another woman complained about asking to have something added to a sandwich. Stating “I’m not your mothers. I don’t go to your job making requests”. We spend a lot of money each morning there. And as a company we’re all about to stop going. All us fiber companies im sure bring in a lot of money collectively for wayside. We should be treated way better first thing in the morning.

Wow! Hidden gem at the BP gas station!! Couldn't leave without a fresh, scratch cinnamon roll. They had fresh, hot food for great prices and phenomenal service!

I was harassed by an employee there today. Asked a few times to be helped and finally an older gentleman walked over and said is anyone helping you? That’s when the employee jumped up and told me I needed to ask for help louder and all I said was maybe you should be paying attention and that’s when she told me she wasn’t going to help me. I walked back to the deli and asked for someone to check me out. The owner came up to help me and the other employee just stood behind her, calling me profanities and talking about my appearance, even came and stood behind me and kept saying stuff. The worst part is the owner never bothered to get the girl to stop, just let her keep harassing me while I had a 4 year old with me. That is not a good way to run a business.

Terrible customer service workers are rude,and don't seem as if they don't care once I had to wait no one there ,but me in line one sat down eating by register the other walked towards me acting as if she didn't see me she did I had to wait while she got in her purse to check her phone ,and ect then today went in trying to get my son something to eat I asked for an item off there menu ,and the lady was rude said I guess we're out idk didn't even check there always rude so my business now is another location
