As others have said, this is a bare bones RV park with full hook ups, and it is indeed only $20 per night. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Plus, the drive to Branson is not bad at all. Especially considering the price compared to what you would find in town!

Excellent place for a stopover night while traveling. We arrived late the owners son was there to greet us and help us in. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Mostly full-time Park residents at this location. Only $20 for overnight stay electric and water. There is a dump station on the premises. Again owner and his son were very nice to work with.

Quiet, peaceful campground!! Very short drive to Branson. 30 minutes to Springfield. $20 a night full hookups. WOW!!!

$20.00 FULL HOOK-UPS!!! Self-pay. 15 minutes to Branson. Quiet with beautiful views. Owner is super nice gentleman. No pool. No showers. Laundry facility on site. All spots pull through. Will definitely stay here again.
