Strongly discourage dealing with the Warrensburg, MO AT&T store. Awful customer service provided by rep in store. Don’t expect to be able to purchase a new phone outright, they will force you into an installment plan because a purchase of high dollar amount will “crash their system” but yet then they still charge you the high amount up front and put you on an installment plan for what amounts to less than $1.20 a month. The do not offer any assistance in setting up a new phone so expect to have to drive home without phone service until you get home to be able to use your WiFi to complete the new phone set up on your own. Been a loyal AT&T customer for close to 2 decades and never before have I encountered as bad of a customer service experience and I did at Warrensburg AT&T.

Danny did an amazing job even tho Verizon messed stuff up! I'm so glad he helped us switch to AT&T Danny wad able to save us money and get us all fixed up I will be back to work with him!!!

I needed a new phone and Jay was very helpful in getting me a new one. He was very helpful with his recommendations and helped me set it up very well. It took no time for him to get to help me and he helped everyone else very well.

Raul and Jay were both welcoming and nice! They knew how frustrated I was with customer service and helped answer questions that customer service wouldn’t. Raul sat on the phone for over an hour trying to help me achieve what I came in for.Although nothing was solved I was happy to have two people who understood how hard things can be when dealing with the phone.Thanks again guys!

Just wanted to share my experience Raul the sales representative was such amazing help to not only me but to my family he was so helpful and fast and made us feel right at home he had great communication skills and knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way thank you again Raul I hope to see you in my next visit.

I am very disappointed in Raul and his boss. She upgraded a phone line for me (logged in as him and did not give me her name) and slammed me with insurance I did not ask for. I do not recommend going here if you can do your business online.Edit: I had to go back into the store. I assumed they would have to cancel the order and redo it. They called customer care and removed the insurance and next up. I will be filing a dispute. Raul is a nice young man I just think she needs to be honest and ask people if they want these things. Not assume.

The gentleman that helped me was amazing. He was the only one working. When I first arrived he was helping an other customer. But he greeted me and got to me as soon had he had a chance.He was super friendly and nice and he answered all of my questions in a way that made sense to me! I really appreciate him and will definitely be going back to this location if I have and issues in the future

Maxwell made our experience amazing he was so sweet and funny, even while juggling a store full of customers all by himself. He is seriously so amazing, and personally I don’t think he gets paid enough.
