As far as the Warrensburg location goes, it was retrofitted from a previous car wash and is shorter than the other Tommy's locations. The difference is made up in the drying area, which can be hit or miss on how much water is removed following a wash. That being said, I wash several times a week and my car always looks show room shiny. Additional benefits include vacuums, mats washers, and cleaning rags, although sometimes the vacuums get clogged because people think they can suck up everything on their floors.
The customer service is top notch. I had a billing issue with one of my gift cards which I thought was going to require contact with the corporate office, however, the manager made a few calls on my behalf and got the problem figured out. I considered that above and beyond and everything was handled to my satisfaction.”
