“Equity Bank is a user friendly bank in that they treat you like a human. I started banking with them 9 years ago with a checking account and have continued to this day. I now live 600 miles away and continue to bank with Equity because of the great features. First, when traveling overseas Equity converts to the local currency with no fee. It is also very easy to use a foreign ATM with Equity. I was able to get in touch with a human when I have had difficulties in a quick manner. The mobile deposit app is easy and convenient to deposit checks via phone. Equity Bank seems to be one of the few banks that treat you like a family member in not having fees for using banking services like ATMs and make you not have to think twice about using their products. Really would recommend Equity Bank for their checking account. Humanistic quality. Thank you”

If they don’t know the answer they’ll find someone who does. They go above and beyond with their customer service to make you feel important and that they car. I’m always welcomed with a smile and a friendly face when I walk in or go through their drive-thru. In the last couple years of banking with them I haven’t had a single complaint. You should try them out too! I’d give them 11/10 stars if that was an option!”
