The Cato in Warrensburg needs to be a model for all Cato Stores. I visited some in the KC area. The staff was not friendly like here. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. In Lee Summit Store ,there were 2 employees complaining about the work that needed to be done. You can see my posting on it. They did not carry large size clothes at all, I feel bad I cannot remember the gir that help me , but she was wonderful. Thank you.

The best quality of clothes with unique collections. I just love visiting their store again & again.....Have been their customer for more than a year now and never got disappointed !!! Reasonable price!! Do check out!!!

This location has very nice selection of clothes every time i come to Warrensburg Missouri Customer Service is Excellent. I highly recommend this Cato Store i will definitely come here every time I'm in town!

I LOVE shopping here. This Cato in particular caters to women with curves. The woman who worked there Friday helped customers readily and was enthusiastic. You can see her passion for her work and she makes you feel welcome. I watched her boost another woman's confidence and it was amazing. The customer had found something that she really liked, but after she put it on, she did not feel like she could pull it off. The store worker helped to show her what was flattering and where the piece of clothing drew the eyes. She was sincere and she was right. That customer walked out of there with the garment, glowing. This is a place I return to and how the world should be.
