“I went to American eagle today with full intentions of spending $100 on two pairs of jeans. Sadly couldn’t find any I liked. Came to factory connection and found soooo many. Ended up FOUR pairs for less than $100. The nicest clothing store staff I’ve ever encountered, especially Caitlyn(not sure if I spelled it right), she is absolutely amazing and helped me pick out the jeans :)”

“Sometimes the volunteers may seem a little cranky but you have to remember they aren't being paid and they deal with a lot of stupidity. People stealing, making messes, not looking after their children. This place does a great service for our community and I for one am grateful for their donated time and service and the chance to recoup very much needed clothes, kitchen items, bedding, toys, shoes, books, etc. for next to nothing.”
