Ive used Ferrell Gas for 20 years. They make your experience so easy! Now you can go on line order your propane and pay for your order. The driver shows up a few days later and leaves your ticket on your door. So nice! Years ago I tried to use other propane companies and my experiences were aweful. So rude! I will never use anyone other than Ferrell Gas! At! Thank you so much for your exceptional service!!!!!!

This company has zero respect for their clients! The drivers don’t even show up, but skip/cancel without even showing up at your address. The drivers are abusing company time, getting paid to sit somewhere doing who-knows-what. IF they show up by the third time you place the order, they will not call to let you know they are on their way, allowing them the excuse to skip you again.

Ferrell Gas came to our rescue last winter when we first moved into our house and found the existing propane tank was at 5% and we couldn’t get the company who owned the tank to come out and refill it. One phone call to Ferrell Gas and they were here within a couple of days with a brand new tank and filled it after that. When we were ready for refills, I put the request in online and they’re always here within a couple of days. Everyone I’ve dealt with there are very professional and courteous! We’re so glad we made the switch to them.

Used to be a pretty good place to stop in and get my bottles filled but the new younger dark haired girl in there is hard to deal with. Could barely put her phone down to answer simple questions and when I finally did get answered she wasn't helpful or knowledgeable. That's somewhat understandable with being new but her attitude sucks each time I have stopped in. Will go down the road next time.

I waited 5 days for the driver to call me and let me know when I could meet them so I could fill my tanks. I called the office everyday to check in and to try and schedule an appointment to pickup gas. After 5 days of poor to little communication I called another company
