Made an appointment and dove all the way over to the location and it was closed. I would avoid this place like the plauge. Ever since I started using this location I've received 2 letters from the IRS for issues they've made.

I set an appointment and when I arrived the lady was not even working that day. Another lady brought me to her office and was very particular about my wording. I asked for an extension but because I didn’t say installment plan she kept telling me I was trying to do the wrong thing and just arguing it. I told her I’d just like to set an appointment with the other lady again. The soonest next available time was 3 days later. I arrived 15 mins early. They told me I should’ve gotten a call because she wasn’t working that day either and she’s in Columbia. They asked if I’d like to leave my number in her desk and she call me when she sees it. That was two days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. Just make sure what you want to do is simple and not out of the ordinary or you may get the good old run around just like this.

Staff was awesome and recommend Deborah. Hrblock as a company is horrendous price gouging hardworking citizens especially during this time of stagflation. We had to pay $400 to file a jointly and don't own a house. Please go elsewhere.

I was charged a ridiculous price for doing my basic taxes. The lady didn't tell me a thing. I didn't get even close to the normal amount I get back. Ontop of that I got a letter from the revenue service saying I owe 107$ months later and it's been going up every month I don't pay. Thanks for doing a horrible job. I won't ever be returning to this establishment!! Go somewhere else

It was expensive and despite the fine gentlemen who did my taxes doing everything he could to help me work around my busy work schedule both of us had to go way out of our way to get my taxes done. George did an amazing job, he was very Patient and helpful. Quite frankly the only reason I did my taxes through your company was because I have a very strenuous job which takes up most of my time and I didn't have the time to sit down and do them myself. When I do my taxes next year I will just make time. All negative things aside your staff is amazing and have no bad things to say about them.

The cost to do taxes is a bit much for the little amount we got back but I love all the tax preparers they get it done and we never have any issues
