“Best Verizon store we have been to in the 20+ years of being a Verizon customer. Matt was very knowledgeable about upgrading my I-Phone. He is friendly and truly understands the meaning of “customer service” which is rarely found in any retail environment today. I would give him 10 stars if possible and recommend he get a raise!!”
