It was worth the drive to get the trailer from the Warrensburg location! The owner & staff were most helpful and covered all the details of using a pull behind 6x8 trailer. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident renting & pulling the trailer.

Picked up a 5x9 trailer to transport a mower to Texas. Office was efficient, thorough, and friendly. I was able to quickly hook-up and go w/o delay. Trailer was in good condition and was no problem.

Just had a 24 hour rental. Be sure to confirm and double check your fuel levels. Our paperwork said it was 7/8 filled, we put over 50 gallons in it when we came back and the attendant still charged us. We even had her try to fill it up \\\"all the way\\\" not only was she not helpful, but basically told us \\\"this never happens an\\\" and shrugged it off while charging us for the fuel anyway. We have used this place multiple times and havent had an issue. I don't know if she had a bad day but we are contacting corporate with a wait time of over 30 minutes. It took over an hour to turn in this dang truck because she rang up all her beer customers first. Leaving us to wait over 30 minutes before she began finishing our paperwork. In total a 14 mile move with 2 trips cost us almost $400. Could have had professionals for that price. Now we have to spend even more time dealing with all this b.s. when we just want to go to our new home and relax after a long weekend. Not customer friendly, not helpful, horrible experience. I'd suggest medicating thoroughly if you have to go here for a truck rental.

I spent 18 minutes on the phone trying to get reservations for a truck. I listened patiently while the clerk took care of customers buying gas, gum and worms. The whole conversation was difficult because we kept getting interrupted. When she came back on the line she couldn't hear me. So she hung up and canceled what we had already done. Very frustrated, will not try them again.
