Very unprofessional, they threw away my $100 change order and instead of apologizing, they made it seem as if it was my fault that they threw it away because it was in a slip? The older lady in the drive thru is always rude, never greets people, and continues to mess up. Don’t come here unless you want unprofessional and incompetent workers handling your money.

I’ve been banking at this branch for years now… Today on Feb 28, 2024 I visited this branch to withdraw some cash from my personal checking account… I chose too conduct my business in the lobby over the ATM… When it comes to my hard earned money, I prefer dealing with people directly over the convenience of a machine… I have a strong union workforce background and I wholeheartedly believe in job security and a strong human workforce...
When I walked into the lobby on this day, I was greeted by Kelsey Wickam and Kaylyn Stogsdill with smiles… Kelsey referred to me by name from memory and we all exchanged pleasantries while I was assisted to satisfaction… I’ve also had great transactions with Stefanie Durham and Chelsea Clark-Dameron… I don’t understand where all these negative reviews are coming from regarding this branch…
Remember, there’s bad apples in every batch, However there typically removed with time… Give these ladies a chance, you won’t be disappointed! The only mild complaint I have is I wish this branch had some kind of weekend lobby hours worked into there availability moving forward... See you next time! - J.Coffey

Us bank closed my account on me almost a year ago and I work all over the country and to cash my check which is only payable from US Bank and am sitting here for close to an hour waiting to get my cash while they “wait for approval”Manager showed up at the perfect time

Opened an account when I first moved here. I was able to access my money. They asked for another address verification, like a bill. Shut off my access to my money. I brought in my first bill, and now I have to send off an email, and wait two days to be able to withdraw my money. Super excited to be done doing business with this company ASAP.

Trying to get euros for an international trip and no one here knows how to help me. They say to make an appointment online and there's no option for currency exchange. Online it says I can call and they don't know what to do. The lady on the phone was kind but didn't know what to do and I feel sorry for her since yall are understaffed

My wife and I had a great experience here. We had been trying to open an account online for a couple weeks, and we went in and in about 45 minutes we had one open with Courtney. Then another great banker helped us get our personal accounts squared away(sorry I can't remember your name!). Thanks!

Everytime I go to use the ATM it's either out of order or where you can't get any cash out of it. Please fix it. I'm tired of this.

Terrible week day hours. No weekend hours. Called the week earlier and they told me to just walk in. Did not give me the option to make an appointment. Then I got there and they were short manned. Receptionist was generally rude. "Well I have one banker and people ahead of you so you'll have to wait." That's fine the way she said it was not. She said I should have made an appointment. I told her when I called no one mentioned an appointment and she said well it is what it is. Went to the UCM location. Didn't mention any of my interaction at the last bank. They were more busy. Super kind and extremely helpful and pleasant.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Slow, almost an hour long lines that don't get waited on fairly with rude tellers. No tellers inside to help. Thier "5 star service" is a lie. I have to come here for work related transactions, so no choice in the matter.

The women I spoke to inside were very kind and polite to me. The first helped set up an appointment to make an account after we came in a little too late, and the second one was very energetic and kind!! Very helpful and answered all my stupid questions as well as my mom's. It's possible that I just met the only 2 nice people in here, but I don't see why the ratings are so low

Horrible bank hours i got off work early to try to make to atleast the drive through got there exactly at 4:40 and well surprised it was closed I drove through the entire street of McGuire all the other banks are open at least a drive-through I’m not sure what’s so special about US Bank that they have to be closed during business hours the most important business hours when people are depending on them to be open to Use the services are paying for butter hours of business are worthless to everybody and I see it on the rest of the Google reviews

By far the slowest bank in town. I shouldn't have to spend 45 minutes in line/waiting just to get a change order. This has LITERALLY been going on for over a year! Either get more staffing or tell the staff to hurry along. I'm in line right now and there's over 9 cars out here just waiting. I'd go inside but OOP can't do that because they STILL refuse to open the lobby for "covid" like cmon people get it together!

Poor customer service. Trying to explain a situation and getting talked to like I was a 2 yr old! Trying to do business on mobile app, and app is disabled! This is why im switching banks!!
