This is my fourth visit. Every time I’ve had super nice and helpful staff. This USPS office is always open when they say they will be and rarely has much of a line.
I’m coming from a city where the USPS were rarely open when they said they would be and were known for “losing” packages.

I’ve had my mail delivered to the wrong address on multiple occasions and I’ve been given other peoples mail on multiple occasions. I understand receiving the old residents mail but I’ve been receiving multiple neighbors mail as well as them receiving mine. I’ve brought it up and just got told that I don’t receive much mail.

Closed for former president Carter's funeral which I understand. Of course, the Google hours weren't updated for closure but I guess they assume everyone knows this. But the automated scanner machine/service in the entry for QR codes and to print labels so one could drop off is also down. Come on guys, 30 minutes drive one way.

Came here from Knob Noster post office to get my passport application submitted and they were super friendly, nice and helpful was in and out very fast with it successfully submitted!

Never thought I'd rate a post office. My dad was a mailman his entire life until retirement so I asked him questions just to make sure I wasn't crazy.
I only lived in Warrensburg a couple years, but there was usually issues dealing with this office. There are a couple of front desk gals who were very nice, but the good points end there.

Due to work because of getting asked to cover shifts on my days off sometimes it’s hard to check my mail on a daily , BUT to leave a message on a package like this! First off! If it’s a package whether a small box or an Amazon package DONT be lazy just because it can fit in the mailbox. Take it to my front door and Delivery it. SECONDLY don’t write on my mail/packages! Only person allowed to do that is me if I’m sending it back. Get a damn sticky note next time and stop writing on peoples packages.
I’ve never had this happen on my mail/packages. And if I was to go confront the people who work at the post office they cop an attitude. Don’t tell me they have to deal with people every day who have attitude cause I do too and trust me my job is way worse.

Don't call customer service, they took an hour for the call back after being told it would be 20 minutes and then the woman that I got was extremely rude and unprofessional, and acted like I was interrupting her when it is literally her job as a customer service rep and she wouldn't even attempt to help me, 0 stars

Called around 8:30, they answered fairly quickly. Very informative very positive, didn't catch her name but she was very polite. We had all of our questions answered in an orderly fashion. We just moved here and don't understand all the negative reviews.

mail comes any where from 8 to5 if it comes at all last month no mortage bill or water or cable bills this month so far no fri paper or cable or water bills and they want increases pony express was better more reliable .
