I hit a deer with superficial damages to the hood and headlight. I scheduled an appointment and they fixed my headlight same day without any cost outside what I brought. Chris, the technician who worked on my vehicle, was very understanding and generous with my situation didn't even charge me. Great folks overall!

During my cross-country travels, I hit a shredded tire in the middle of the highway near Conway, TX. Swerving wasn’t an option. Ditch on one side, a semi on the other- and the impact completely tore out the underbelly of my car.
Instead of sending me around for estimates like most shops would, Chris immediately stopped what he was doing (in the middle of another repair) and brought my vehicle in.
