As expected with a typical lumber purchase. Nice informative lady at front counter that helped figure my order. Picked up order later in the day and was helped out just fine.

Very happy with how I was treated today getting a new window pane ordered. It was a small pain in the neck order but Mark did an awesome job helping me to find the information he needed to place the order. In these days of terrible service Mark and Chic Lumber are a breath of fresh air.
