But after Corey started assisting me with what needed, I felt very comfortable right away. He was professional but knew I had no idea what I was doing. He did absolutely everything for me. All I had to do was go home, plug it in, and enjoy! BEST phone company around! “I knew right away when Gateway came to the neighborhood, that I would sign up with them as soon as I could… As I had had nothing but troubles for years and years with the cable company! Not only was it next to impossible to reach a live human being at the other guys… They were usually in some foreign country and could barely speak English… And rarely did they ever say the same thing that the technician would say when they came out to fix the problem! Gateway has been an absolute breath of fresh air compared to what we have dealt with previously.

Just to give you an example, this week the gateway system has been intermittent and having issues, but due to a third-party software problem that was not gateway‘s fault. Even though this was not gateways doing, the president and CEO of the company sent out a link to everyone that was affected… Explaining what had happened, and that as a gesture to show how important their customers are to Gateway, they are applying a credit to everyone’s account at over 20% of that months bill!

Now I can tell you, that has never ever happened with the cable company… And the only way to get any kind of a credit from the cable company, was to call, fight through their automated AI system, and eventually get to a human being that barely speaks English and argue with them about getting a credit app applied to your account.

All I can say is… Way to go Gateway!!!
