“We've had Gateway Fiber for several years and the product has always been great. The only issue we've had is when they come to service the junction box in our front, they don't get the tip secured. When they do this, they are completely unresponsive to my requests to fix it, to make my yard and the sidewalk in front of my house safe. The most recent time was in late March. Since then I've called 5 times, filled out a request online, and replied to an email. The folks I talk to are very polite and assure me each time the issue will be resolved, but there is no follow through. We're over two months now with no resolution in sight. I wish their service was as good as their product.”
