The staff here was super helpful. I had a stripped lug nut on my tire that was super tight and these guys were the only ones around who could get it off. The staff was very cool, easy to communicate with, and they charged me very reasonably. The waiting area was clean and relaxed and I now have front tires that can get me where I need to go

Lisa was amazing. I ordered tires about a week from my appt after calling and when they didnt show she personally got them for us. And when the team found a defect from the dealership they did everything they could to fix our car

Amazing service! Fair price. Very friendly and professional. My daughter and I are traveling and her tire pressure gauge started acting strangely. We really did not know where to go. I’m very thankful that we found Plaza tire. They took care of everything so quickly and got us back on the road. Thank you!

This store went out of their way to get me set up. Was traveling pulling a big trailer and had tires issues. The all pitched in and helped. Had to go to different stores for a set of 6 tires.Great job from sales and installation.Changed 6 tires in the parking lot.Thank you

Called for an alignment told them what vehicle I had they said great drop it off and we will get it done. Day of went to drop it off told them what it was 2014 Durango which they had it all day and when i decided to show up and just wait for it to be done. Because they were waiting until the very end of the day for some reason , They then told me they couldn’t do an alignment. Because they didn’t have the right tool. Thank you for wasting my time and gas

I has 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires put on today. I chose this location because my son bought 4 truck tires recently and said they did a good job. We he was correct! Kyle was outstanding and provides great customer service. While I waited, not to long, I noticed Kyles ability to provide a smooth customer service experience. I noticed his customers were young, older, male and female and he did a great job. The guy that put my tires on was very polite and his customer service was spot on. Somebody is doing a great job hiring/training customer service skills. This is my place!

As others on here have stated, be extremely cautious when going to this location for alignments or anything suspension related... Once again I had to have the Dealership correct the alignment and look it completely over. I will definitely not be coming back to this location as all of my trust has been broken in the quality of work performed here.

I highly recommend this place. I went this morning @8am & did not have an appointment. I needed my tires rotated, balance & a wheel alignment. They took my car at 8:30 & was done with it at 9 or 9:10. So friendly. It is like driving a new car again. Thank you Plaza Tire.

QUICK! They had to order my tires, bummer. Kyle was knowledgeable had me in and our in under an hour for all four. Definitely going back for my other rides. Highly recommend, they are a 6 on a five scale!

Excellent customer hospitality. Bought 4 new falken tires and there was a slight mixup in model numbers, but they took care of it for me almost instantly. I would highly recommend plaza tire to anyone. Also them Falken Ziex 950 tires are very nice. Excellent ride quality.

Saved our butts right before holiday weekend. Three kids in van and a tread separated tire. No problem got us in and out in the time it took to eat next door.
