Always has an excuse for being terribly slow! I wish Legacy was still in business if for no other reason, competition!

After extraordinarily bad customer service I was told I would have to come inside that I was holding.up.the line
I informed the girl I had mobility issues preventing that..before I left without my medicine. My suggestion would be to take care of t he.patron at t h e window to t h e best of your ability.

I would love to give walgreens pharmacy ZERO stars. I should not have to wait a month for my son's insulin. The pharmacy always has problems filling prescription or only partial of your prescription and have you pay for it then cancel the rest of your order. Tired to talk to someone in the pharmacy and she had a hard time talking on the phone you could not understand her so her because she mumbles and then she put you back on hold 2 more time then at the back of the line on hold.

Walgreens is short staffed and it takes them days to get prescriptions ready. Wonder how many lives are in jeopardy because of their incompetence?

If I could give 10 stars, I would. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but since I got sick, the folks at the Pharmacy in Warrenton have been really kind. I was prescribed a really expensive antibiotic that my insurance denied, but my doctor thought necessary. We found a goodRX that took it down to a manageable amount, but Skylar just called me and said that they had found another discount that could be applied which really saved a lot. I manage a large customer service department, and she was incredibly professional and was clearly interested in helping the customer. Careful, Walgreens, someone will snatch her up. Perhaps Skylar's performance deserves recognition? Truly, sincerely, thank you. And thank you to Walgreens for giving your pharmacy personnel the autonomy to make extra strides towards taking care of customers in a vulnerable spot. That's the nature of partnership with your community.

Waited in line to pick up a script in the drive through and when it was my turn they closed the windows and shut the blinds and covers i received no words but a sign being put up stating there was no pharmacist on duty and that they were closed for lunch. I went inside the store and the techs were all walking out and the explaination i received was cold stating that they had to take lunch...all of them...now i get that you have to take a lunch but leaving multiple vehicles in the drive through that had been waiting longer than 30 minutes is quite an issue. Looking at their hours on the building it states nothing of their closed for lunch...on the website it does...maybe my fault maybe not but the lack in consideration for someone waiting in line is atrocious and the lack of care is right there with it.

Honestly I don’t understand why everyone who works in the pharmacy is SO incredibly rude. I’m always nice and respectful of them but have never received the same treatment in return. I don’t mind waiting for medicine I never have but they get the biggest attitude when I arrive before it’s ready. I wouldn’t be coming to get it right away if I didn’t need it.

Pharmacy techs were very rude and blamed their mistake on us instead of them.
