“Maples Ford and their service team exceeded any expectations I had. My truck broke down and I had it towed there, arrived at 12:00 midnight Friday. Saturday morning I went back to give them details and leave my truck with them for analysis. Michelle had her service man work on my truck immediately to determine if it was a quick fix for me. Turned out the starter was bad, they ordered one in for me and had my truck ready by the following Monday. You never want to break down but if you do it is great to get the level of service I received from Maples Ford.”
