First and last time… I made an online appointment for Sunday at 2:00, the website showed them to be opened, so I drove up there and they were not opened.
Went back on Monday and was able to get right in. However, I was not asked what pedicure I wanted. When he was done doing the basics, I told him I wanted the $32 basic pedicure. Didn’t get the leg massage,, my heals were very lightly scrubbed, still have dead skin on them, only put one coat on with. I get up to the register and he charged me $38, I really didn’t get what is advertised for that amount.

I recently went to Coco nails and got a French gel manicure, they did a beautiful job!! and it lasted a month.

I got a pedicure today. I wondered why he didn’t even clean under my nails, isn’t that a very basic part of the service? The nail polish was atrocious (see photo) He also left a lot of oil just sitting on my calf’s. I had to wipe it off before I got in my car.

I don’t know why I didn’t say anything. There was not good communication, there was no towel to place my hands. She used a nail file that must be used on everyone . I even said you file is wore out. Because I had to keep dusting my hands and arms off. Just will not be going again. She quoted one price and it was double what she said. No thank you. I’m certain it doesn’t pass the inspection.

Had an appointment for 4 at 1 pm and since they where the only ones in the area that had room for that many at once so we decided to schedule here . When we walked in the overwhelming smell of nail polish gave us headaches and the rude service from the git go was frustrating! We where having a girls day out and where all wanting to do our nails together but no noo that was not happening not at this whole in the wall. The ladies that were there kept blabbering in their language (not English) and we kept caching side eyes .. rruuudddee

Usually ok. Had to have dip polish removed before surgery. And had a pedicure. Pedicure ok but after soaking to remove dip the man used buffer and file on my fingers. Rubbed my fingers below nails raw and cut my index finger with clippers. All of his is on the hand I’m having surgery on. I have been going there for a few years and have never seen the e man doing finger nails. I had an appointment and still took 2 hrs. Everyone else was being waited on. Think I’ll do my own. Doesn’t hurt so much.

Their hours say that they open at 9am. I was their at 9 am at no one showed up until almost 11am. I went in and asked why they weren't there at 9 and they replied " we didn't have any appointments until 11".If you ask me this is bad business and I will not go back. I will drive to Sedalia before I go back to CoCo Nails!!!! If it would let me I would give them a ZERO star.
