I would highly recommend not using this postal office. Mail gets lost in their own building. Im serious, how can you mail a letter from the counter to a po box in that building and it get lost. Inquiring about a refund on a money order purchased there( that was not delivered) lost by them!!!! Became a huge run around also, due to no one in the office knowing that procedure. I had to pay a fee to even start the process on top of that. Hopefully some training can happen for that office.

They're to lazy to actually deliver important mail
More than once I get notified that I missed the delivery because no one was home
I have a 1/4 mile long driveway to my house
Our mailbox is at the end of the driveway
They like to leave the notices in the box and there is only one lady that will come to our house when signature are needed
Today I was notified again that we weren't here at 1005
We have had maintenance people working on our house all morning and they say nobody every tried to come up here
It's ridiculous that they are actually that lazy enough to not do there job
I'm sick of going all the way into town (20 minutes from me) just to get something that would have taken a whopping 3 minutes for the mail person to do
It's a disgrace and they should be ashamed

One star because of my recent experience. A lot of packages in my area are not being delivered. I had a rather large order for Christmas and they did not deliver all of it. They left one little package and I was to get some big items as well. I contacted the post office and they sent me a picture of the tiny package and said it was delivered.
I tried to tell them it was a large order but they said they needed proof because the order had been delivered. They told me to check my package, which was a small bubble bag, for my stuff and to check with my neighbors.
I gave up... I shouldn't have to fight to get my orders delivered. I lost money because of my local postal worker. Not to mention that I now have to replace what was lost. I will not be using the post office, nor will I make any orders to make sure the post office isn't the delivery company.
That is my experience. I hope yours was better.

I live in Ozark North Shores in Warsaw.
Twice now packages have been shoved into my mail box and mail has been crubbled.
Today a Queen Bedspread I had ordered for a friend was shoved in the mail box not delivered to door as specified however the mail was smashed in it as well destroying a credit card I have been waiting for. A Queen size bedspread and shames I would consider a package even if it’s not in a box. If the package don’t easily fit in a box then get out of the vehicle and deliver to the door. Because of the jamming in box it now does not shut tight so will have to be replaced. Will definitely be a small size!

This post office has always been very helpful when I go there. I have had trouble getting my packages put on my porch instead of by the garage door. At the moment that seems to be remedied. But if something says front porch why would somebody put it by a walk-in door by your garage when I have an obvious covered front porch? Also I might be having some difficulty getting mail because I'm not sure they told my carrier to resume. Or maybe they just haven't had anybody to deliver it for the past 3 days? So I call and it rings and rings and goes to a really long beep and it doesn't appear to be an answering machine. I go to the number on Google and it is an 800 number. Very frustrated at the moment

I see some negative reviews for this post office, but I've been going there for the past several months and have had nothing but positive experiences every time I've gone. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the service is always quick. Even if there's a line, it doesn't take that long to get through. They deserve a better rating that what they have (as of the time of writing this review).

Would not recommend using this postal service unless you would like to be treated as a bother every time you go in and ask Jennifer for a package.Along with another persons mail always in your mailbox. 0/5. Don’t do a job you can’t fully do.
