This really is the best UPS store and just the most pleasant place of all the errands I typically have to run. All the staff is kind, patient, and helpful.

Very friendly staff, located inside of the Dierberg’s Warson Woods location. Smaller than most UPS locations but still offer all of the same services. Open on Sundays too.

A bad experience when my UPS package was lost after being signed for at this UPS Store. The customer experience was shockingly bad. At no point did anyone apologize for my significant frustration and lost time. When I went back to pick up the resent package a couple of weeks later and suggested that they should wave the $10 fee for the delivery the store manager, Morgan, literally asked me if the $10 was so important to me -- as in could I not afford it? Seriously?

My wife went into the store on 2/25/2025 at 6:28p to drop off a return package. The one employee at that time in the store asked her if she really had to return it today. She replied with a yes and apologized for arriving right before closing, saying that she drove from downtown where she works. The employee didn't hide his annoyance and commented that she could have stopped by a different location on the way. He processed the return and told her to work on her time management next time. This is almost comical, but my wife did not enjoy it. In fact, it's beyond bad service, it's verbal abuse.

Mark and Gwen were very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. The store was very busy and they were able to efficiently help people in a manner that still made the customers feel they were important.

Gabe is a very nice and courteous person. Gabe helped me return an Amazon package with a smile and genuine thank you. I am sure the owner appreciates employees like Gabe. The other employee working was helping another customer with like kindness.

I’ve always preferred this UPS Store #2861 because the employees are great but Guinevere has sealed the deal - we’re moving from Brentwood to Holly Hills but I will make the drive back to always use this store because of Guinevere. She was incredibly helpful, kind, fun, proactive, and efficient. I appreciated the time she took to assist with a hearing aid return and I’m so impressed by her stellar customer service acumen. Thank you for having such outstanding teammates!!!

We went to UPS warson woods missouri location to get our affidavit notarized and the commisioner helped us a lot she notice the spelling of the name in our documents is wrong and she helped us edit it. She is very professional and accomodating

I wanted to say what a friendly store.I was greeted right away and was helped by a friendly Team member TJ.I am not that Tech; savy and he was patient and very helpful with my situation.I would recommend this UPS location for fast and friendly service.Thanks again TJ,you are an asset to this UPS location.
