“Ken's Collision Center was WONDERFUL to work with. The office staff is very friendly and knowlegable and the workmanship was superb. The vehicle was returned cleaned and detailed inside and out. It looked like the day we drove it new off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone in our area for collision repair. Insurance paid for the repair but Ken's estimate was about $1000 less than another estimate I'd received.”

“Me and family was camping at roaring river. We was about to depart and head home. Did a quick pre-trip and noticed my inside dual was completely flat. Google search tire shops, granda tire was the first one. I called them, and told me to come on in. They didn’t even make me unhook the camper. They pulled my tire and fixed it and sent me on my way. They even checked all my tire pressure. Will do business here with them again. They are professional and polite to their customers.”

First time because parts had to come in from Germany and then again after he finished up. On Thanksgiving weekend no less. And the work performed was above expectation. He made insurance process very simple and always communicated quickly and clearly. Thank you, Josh and team!”

“I've been having difficulty with the big Ford dealers taking my issues seriously with my 2022 F-250. I had read and heard good things about Les Jacobs Ford and they were right. I have been to Les Jacobs twice recently. Both times the service was very quick and less expensive than the Ford dealer in Bentonville, Arkansas. I talked with the Service Manager at Les Jacobs about my issues and he took quite a bit of time to go over the issues and possible solutions while my truck is under warranty. Very impressed with the attention and effort to explain the solutions available. At least they are trying. At McLarty Daniel I'm just a number. Give Les Jacobs a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.”
