Great staff. Feels secure with gated hours. Condition of facility is good could just use a few things in limited areas to help with puddling. But overall good experience. Would recommend and still currently use.

Never had an issue with my things being there, I was also in the inside controlled temp building. My only concern is the last time I was there it was very hot in there, and it was supposed to be temp controlled so I was worried some of my things would be damaged. And the roof was leaking in a few places and it was like that for months.

Full disclosure: I have not rented from A&E Storage. However, I had a business dealing with a representative from A&E Storage (I assume him to be the owner)recently that inspired me to write this review. I work in local government and the owner got tangled up in a tough situation involving permits, property lines, etc. Throughout the whole experience, despite none of it being his fault, he remained calm, respective and apologetic. If he was that good to deal with in a tough situation like that, I can only conclude that any customer of theirs is in good hands.
