Horrible company that double charges for services they don’t provide.
They left a tank in my yard for months after we switched providers and they are charging a “convenience fee” for leaving their junk in our yard for months and causing damage to the yard during pickup.
After getting the bill from them my wife called for understanding and they claimed they would waive the extra charge. They continue to send bills and claim that isn’t true.
Beware of the predatory charges this company will send your way if you try switch companies. Which we only had to cancel because they are in capable of basic service requests.

This is a revision from a 5 star review. I am on a LONG hold as I write this simply trying to explore options for propane plans going forward. Not having a local number to call is a bummer! The 800 number is a major drag... Love the efforts of our local delivery drivers...need a separate place to give them 10 star review!

The driver went to the incorrect house, checked their propane, and decided we had a full tank. We then had to wait 2 weeks until the delivery actually delivered to our house, nearly empty the whole time. We went three below freezing days in that timespan without running the heat in order to keep propane in our tank.

Absolutely horrible service. No acknowledgement of payment received. No notice of delivery date. Finally, several days later a truck shows up unannounced and leaves because we have a dog. We get at least a dozen deliveries a month and no driver has ever failed to deliver because of our dog.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. We switched companies 11/21/23 due to extremely high cost of fuel. We had to remove their tank on our own since they could not remove until some unknown date so the new gas company could set their tank. The tank set in our driveway until 2/12/24. We received a bill on 2/27/24 for $298.98 for the removal of their own equipment. I called Amerigas today and was informed their would see what they can do with the bill. I was informed that I have to call them back in 15 days to see what the resolve is instead of them using some “customer service” and actually call me back. Oh wait, they don’t know what customer service is. We even ask if Amerigas would allow a tank swap, the new gas company was willing to give them a tank and then take the existing tank in exchange. They refused the idea. I had requested 6 times in 2023 for Amerigas to come power wash and paint the original tank since it was molded and the paint was peeling. They never came to take care of their property. I did not signup with them, they took over Heritage Gas which provided EXCELLENT service and you could actually talk with the same office staff every time you called. You call now and you don’t even know if they are living in America.

I have talked to the Phillippe customer service department 31 times since last July trying to resolve an issue with my orebuy contract. They do NOT resolve anything. There isn't even a prebuy team to talk to. Worst co I have ever dealt with. I have filed a complaint with the Missouru Attorney Generals office. Terrible terrible to work with.

Cannot reach anyone from local office at all. My mom is 87 ys old and old school. I took her to office and noone would speak to us. Very unprofessional. She has been w you for over 60 yrs and is about fed up. Something needs to change
