Tyler, at the Washington MO AT&T is absolutely amazing. He is so so KIND, PATIENT, and very considerate. I cannot recommend this store more because of him. Literally the best. Always ask for Tyler!

I just moved here from Colorado and my Verizon phone service has not been the best. I went to this store today to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T. Tyler helped me get everything done in about an hour. Nice new phone and he hooked me up with several discounts that I didn’t know about. A+ experience, highly recommend these guys.

I would definitely recommend this store. The 2 gentleman that help me were amazing. I have a store in town less the 5 min from my house and would still drive the 40 minutes because they were so helpful.

I went to the Washington store today, I had gotten an upgrade at the Union store, but couldn’t figure out how to pair my watch with the new phone. So, I stopped by since I was in the area. Dallas Heckelman was my customer service, and helped me through the process in a professional and expedient manner. I would highly recommend this store, and Dallas as the customer service rep.

Youvan is an excellent AT&T employee. He was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and proceeded to offer advice and information. He was not loud and pushy. We seniors don’t like that. He was so kind. My visit didn’t take long. I transferred my service from another company. I left a Very Happy new AT&T customer. AT&T is blessed to have him as their employee.

I was greeted right away. I only waiting for a bit before Tyler helped me. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an AT&T store. I was in an out within 45 min (maybe less). Tyler explained everything and was super nice, knowledgeable and quick.
