My husband and I just had our Thanksgiving meal from Mosaic. Easy to pick up...easy to heat up...this dinner was amazing!!!. I am so glad we did this ..this year. I would highly recommend.Thank you so much !

Mosaic was seamless to work with. I’m not kidding when I say at least 10 people asked me who catered the food. Everything was absolutely AMAZING. Pat is so transparent and personable, he really is great when it comes to helping you plan everything out.
Mosaic has been in business under Pat Long for over 13 years. He loves bringing healthy food options to his cafe located inside Mercy Clinic Building. The cafe is open to the public Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 3:00. Pat and his staff take pride in the preparation of the cafe and catering food and drinks. Mosaic offers seating inside and outside of the cafe area but also offers take-out and curbside delivery services. Mosaic's Catering services range from boxed lunches for schools and corporations to fine dining plated meals for weddings and fundraisers.
